Board Appointments

The Board of Coms plc ("Coms" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of two very experienced new non-executive directors, Mark Braund and Guy van Zwanenberg, to strengthen the Board and support the interim management team that has been put in place. The Company will make further announcements with regard to executive management appointments in due course.

Mark is CEO of Interquest Group plc, the specialist information technology recruitment group, and is a very experienced director with a proven ability to grow businesses. He also led the turnarounds of TAC Europe and Lorien plc.

Guy has 40 years' experience in industry and practice and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton. Guy subsequently moved to become UK Finance Director of an American computer accessory company which was taken public in 1989. In 1991, he established his own interim financial management business and has since been involved in a number of businesses providing strategic and financial advice. He is currently non-executive director of Quixant plc and was previously a non-executive director of Sceptre Leisure plc.

We now have a very experienced interim management team in place and are in discussions regarding further executive management appointments which will bring extensive sector experience and knowledge to the Company. With the full support of the Board, I am confident that we will tackle the challenges ahead with great alacrity."
