Change of nominal value
Following the announcement 4 September 2009 in relation to a capital reorganisation the Company has made an application for its entire issued share capital comprising 14,227,166 ordinary shares of 1p to be readmitted to trading on AIM, this should occur on or around 15 September 2009.
