DIRECTORS' DEALING
Coms plc (the "Company") was informed on 4 November 2009 that, on the same date, Jason Drummond, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Drummond's beneficial interest in the Company is 17,619,041 ordinary shares, representing approximately 41.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 42,143,782 ordinary shares of 1p each.
