Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), a producing mineral company, announces that it has been informed that Peter Wale (Executive Director) has today sold 3,875,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and purchased 3,875,000 Ordinary Shares through his personal Individual Savings Account ("ISA").
Following the dealings Peter Wale's beneficial interest in the Company is 76,767,266 Ordinary Shares representing 4.02% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
