Smallbone PLC24 September 2007 Smallbone plc 24 September 2007 Directors' Shareholdings Smallbone plc (the "Company") has today been notified that the followingDirectors disposed of shares on 21 September 2007 as follows: Charles Smallbone, Chief Executive and Chairman, disposed of 60,000 OrdinaryShares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 104 pence pershare. Following this disposal, Mr Smallbone now has a beneficial interest in8,460,553 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 37.75% of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
