The Company confirms the following timetable for the forthcoming proposed dividend of 2.21p per share for the year to 31 July 2018:

Record Date 23 November 2018

Posting of Dividend Confirmations 27 December 2018

Payment Date 28 December 2018

The proposed dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 December 2018.
