Director Changes

The board of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointments of Helen Sinclair and Linda Wilding to the Board as non-executive Directors with effect from 1 February 2023.

Helen Sinclair is a highly experienced non-executive director, having served on various audit, remuneration, risk and investment committees. Prior to her focus on these roles, she co-founded and ran Matrix Private Equity (now Mobeus Equity Partners LLP), a successful private equity house. She is an Economics graduate of Cambridge University.

Linda Wilding is an experienced Chair and non-executive director in both the public and private equity arenas. She has experience in various sectors including consumer products, leisure, medical devices, pharma services, property, investment and financial services. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a PhD in Biochemistry.

Talmai Morgan, Chair of the Company, commented:

"I am absolutely delighted to welcome two such extremely well qualified and experienced individuals to the Board. Chris Legge will be retiring at the Company's 2023 AGM and Linda Wilding will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee. Helen Sinclair is a non-executive director of Blackrock Smaller Companies Trust plc, Octopus Future Generations VCT plc, Shires Income plc and W H Ireland Group plc.

Linda Wilding is a non-executive director of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Ltd. Further, she is formerly a non-executive director of UDG Healthcare plc and Electra Private Equity plc.
