Death of Independent Non-Executive Director

It is with profound sadness that Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited (the "Company") has learned of the death of Ian Brindle (Non-Executive Director of the Company).

Speaking on behalf of the Board, Talmai Morgan (Chairman), said: "It is with deep sorrow that we learned of the passing of our fellow Board member Ian Brindle, who was a highly respected and valued member of our Board and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him. The Board's deepest sympathies are with Ian's wife and family."
