Board Appointments - Update
Further to the Company's announcement on 18 December 2024, the Company is pleased to announce that Marion Sears and Meg Lustman have today commenced their roles as Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
Pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Apex Rulebook, the Company notifies that Marion Sears holds 6,000 ordinary shares of the Company, purchased subsequent to the notification of her appointment on 18 December 2024 and prior to starting her role with the Company today.
Save for the disclosure above and in the Company's announcement on 18 December 2024, there is no other information that is required to be disclosed under Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Apex Rulebook in relation to the appointment of Marion Sears and Meg Lustman as Non-Executive Directors.
