Further to the announcement earlier today, Urban Logistics, the last mile logistics focused REIT, announces the publication of a Prospectus in connection with the proposed equity raise of £200 million by way of a Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer (the "Initial Issue"), the implementation of a placing programme (the "Placing Programme") and the admission of the Company's Existing Ordinary Shares and any New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Initial Issue to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Initial Admission").

 

Further details of the Initial Issue, Placing Programme and Initial Admission is set out in the Prospectus. A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly thereafter be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism as well as on the Company's website at https://www.urbanlogisticsreit.com/. Full details of the Terms and Conditions of the Initial Issue will be made available in the Prospectus.
