Director / PDMR Shareholdings
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 20 July 2021 at 11:12am under RNS8332F:
The total number of Ordinary Shares following distribution for Richard Moffitt should read 1,084,019. Due to this change, the Ordinary Shares as a percentage of issued share capital for Richard Moffitt should read 0.33%.
All other details remain unchanged.

Urban Logistics (AIM: SHED), the specialist UK logistics REIT, announces that 2,123,351 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were distributed by Pacific Industrial LLP, an affiliate of the Company's investment manager PCP2 Limited (the "Investment Manager"), to certain of its members, including Richard Moffitt, Christopher Turner, Stuart Roberts and Mark Johnson, who are each persons discharging managerial responsibility in respect of the Company ("PDMRs"), and Pacific Investments Management Limited, an affiliate of the Investment Manager.
After the distribution of these Ordinary Shares, the PDMRs and Pacific Investments Management Limited hold the following interests in Ordinary Shares:

* Messrs Moffitt, Turner, Johnson and Roberts and Pacific Investments Management Limited continue to be members of Pacific Industrial LLP which holds 206,813 Ordinary Shares following the above distribution.** Pacific Investments Management Limited is wholly owned by Pacific Investments Limited which, in turn is owned by Sir John Beckwith and certain Beckwith family trusts where Sir John Beckwith is the settlor and the beneficiaries are members of Sir John Beckwith's family. Sir John Beckwith is interested in a further 2,894,812 Ordinary Shares via the same Beckwith family trusts.
The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such purchase.
