Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or the "Company")
Issue of Unlisted Options
Scotgold (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ) can confirm that it has today issued 7,111,111 unlisted options to RMB Australia Holdings Limited in consideration of increasing the Company's existing £1,180,000 corporate facility by £320,000 to £1.5 million. The options have an exercise price of £0.045 (four and a half British pence) and an expiry date of 28 March 2016. The options were issued as part of the broader fundraising that was announced by Scotgold on 4 December 2012.
