Sage was notified that on 20 September 2023, Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and PDMR, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £10.19999 per share. The purchased shares are held in his broker account, which is held jointly with his PCA, Hala Rashid.
