Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
On 28 May 2024, Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and PDMR has notified Sage of the transfer of 119,328 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence in Sage ("Ordinary Shares") each from his Employee Share Account to his broker account. The transferred Ordinary Shares in his broker account are held jointly with his Person Closely Associated, Hala Rashid.
On 28 May 2024, Walid Abu-Hadba, Chief Product Officer and PDMR also purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £11.1528 per Ordinary Share. The purchases were made in US dollars with the price per Ordinary Share given in this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate at close on the date of purchase.
The resultant shareholding for Walid Abu-Hadba is 227,911 Ordinary Shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
