The Sage Group plc. (Sage) announces that Maggie Chan Jones has been appointed as non-executive director to the Board of BT Group plc and as a member of the Nominations and Digital Impact & Sustainability Committees, with effect from 1 March 2023.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
