SINOSOFT WINSΒ INFORMATION INTEGRATIONΒ CONTRACT
Sinosoft,Β the China-based developer and provider of software and IT solutions to Chinese regional and national government agencies and export enterprises, is pleased to announce that the Company has wonΒ a contractΒ for itsΒ information integration divisionΒ worthΒ approximately USD 700,000.Β
Under the contract, which wasΒ awarded by a government agencyΒ in Jiangsu province,Β SinosoftΒ willΒ workΒ onΒ providing aΒ newΒ archiving,Β cataloguingΒ and book borrowing systemΒ forΒ China's third largest library, Nanjing Library.Β The project is due for completion by 10 December 2009.Β
Sinosoft will integrate Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking technology developed by 3M (www.3M.com)Β withΒ a newΒ softwareΒ system developed by Sinosoft, to provide Nanjing Library with the ability to keep track of itsΒ catalogue of overΒ 7 millionΒ books. This pioneeringΒ system will also enable the book borrowing process to be more efficient both for the borrower and the library.
The contract is anΒ important step forward for Sinosoft'sΒ information integrationΒ division. With this success, the company is in a better position to market itself with a competitive and technologically advanced total solution system to customers in areas such as freight forwarding, warehousing or other related business that need to haveΒ upΒ to date information andΒ instant access to theΒ location of their inventory.
