The Company was notified on 6 April 2020 that Sir Martin Sorrell, a PDMR, has purchased 9,784 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at a price of £1.45 each.
Following the transaction, Sir Marin Sorrell holds 51,864,861 shares in the company, representing approximately 10.8% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
