Additional Listing (Blocklisting)

 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.0005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading as blocklisting. The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the employee share schemes. The Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

 

The blocklisting is expected to become effective on 1 April 2010.
