Sepura PLC03 October 2007 Sepura Sepura plc, a leading global supplier of TETRA radio terminals, is pleased toconfirm details of a contract win with the Metropolitan Police Authority. Themanagement of Sepura notes that whilst this is a significant win for thecompany, the revenues associated with this contract are in line with internalforecasts and the contract win is consistent with the information provided inthe company's recent prospectus. Sepura plc wins contract with Metropolitan Police Authority Sepura has been awarded two contracts to supply London's Metropolitan PoliceService with more than 3000 TETRA digital radios. These include a mix of bodyworn and vehicle radios, and a range of specialist accessories. The contract award, which was the subject of a competitive tender, followed astringent year-long evaluation, incorporating challenging technical andoperational trialling This contract win follows the high number of other wins for Sepura equipmentover the last 18 months, from a large number of UK police forces and otheragencies, and from a diverse mix of international police forces and securityagencies.
