Exercise of options
Sepura plc has been informed that, on 3 July 2008, Executive Director Stephen Crowther exercised options over 116,760 ordinary shares in the Company, held under the Sepura Limited 2002 Employees' Share Option Plan, at £0.0000007 per share.
Following this transaction his beneficial holding in the Company stands at 481,908 shares (representing approximately 0.35% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached). Application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will become effective on 7 July 2008.
Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 136,469,900 ordinary shares with voting rights.
