Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them
The following notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) relates to transactions in the Company's shares notified to the Company by Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited, a person closely associated with the Company's Chairman and a PDMR, Dr. Ambrosie Bryant Chukwueloka Orjiako.
On 6 January, 2017, Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited sold 10,863,088 shares in the Company to existing shareholder Petrolin Trading Limited.
