Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities/persons closely associated
Speedy Hire Plc announces that Paul Rayner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, sold ordinary shares and repurchased part of the shares sold through a Bed and ISA arrangement for him, and his PCA purchased shares into an ISA account equal to the balance of the shares sold.
