Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Following the release on 19 June 2024 of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2024, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for that period ("Annual Report").

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 5 September 2024 at the offices of Panmure Liberum Limited at Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, Greater London, EC2Y 9LY.

Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications:

· Annual Report;

· Notice of AGM; and

· Form of Proxy.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
