Softcat plc (the "Company") was notified on 9 June 2016 that on the 7 June 2016 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each were purchased as "partnership shares" on behalf of the Director below pursuant to the scheme rules associated with the Softcat plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") at a price of 371.40 pence per ordinary share, in London by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Softcat plc SIP.
