Well the SP is finally above £15.34.

We should be on a steady climb from now on.

Looking forward to results in a couple of weeks.

(I hold) It is a company with a long term successful record and decent growth that always looks expensive (a bit less so now). This makes it a little volatile; for e.g. should it have a PE or 20 or h25? probably somewhere around there but that is a 20% price drop from top to bottom. The huge return on capital, steady growth and c. 2X div cover will keep it on an upward trajectory imo, but not in a straight line. The current lack of liquidity in the market exaggerates the volatility. I am happy to hold for more, gradual, gains.

The eps figure just reported was towards the high end of the estimates as quoted on the company's website so that's hardly the reason for the dramatic fall in the share price today.

It was on 25x earnings and delivered 1.3% eps growth. Of course it has fallen

Yep, it's an incomprehensible drop. I've been in and out of this share for years and it has always done well and pays a divi to boot. I've used today's drop as an oppo to get back in - I had planned to buy before results and then forgot. A bad memory is sometimes a good thing!
