Further to the announcement made earlier today by Team17 Group plc ("Team17"), Softcat notes that Martin Hellawell, Chair of the Company, will join the Board of Team17 as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Team17 is a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games.
