Directorate Change

Screen Technology announces that Tom Jarman has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Tom has been succeeded by Chris Hanson, Screen Technology's CFO, who has today been appointed a director of the Company.

Tom has agreed to remain an employee of the Group until early 2009 to ensure a smooth transition.

Tom has been a director of Screen Technology for almost seven years and has been CEO since 2006, during which time he has made a significant contribution to the business. Tom wishes to spend more time with his family in Gloucestershire and he and the Board agreed that it is the right time for new leadership to take the business forward.

David Christopher Hanson (50) has been Screen Technology's CFO since June 2007. Chris was previously Finance Director and then Chief Operating Officer at Cardpoint plc. He has extensive experience as a Finance Director with a number of other public companies including Parkland Group plc and JWE Telecom plc. He qualified as an accountant in 1982 and spent 13 years with KPMG.

Chris has a beneficial and family interest in 3,181,818 Screen Technology ordinary shares representing approximately 1.56 per cent of the share capital of the Company. He also has warrants to acquire a further 11,484,848 Screen Technology ordinary shares at a price of 0.66 per share.

The Board is also pleased to announce two new appointments to the Board of Screen Technology Limited, the Company's main trading subsidiary. Campbell Cromar has been appointed as Managing Director and Paul Bayley as Sales Director. Campbell is currently Chief Operating Officer of Screen Technology Limited and has 22 years experience in the digital screen market. Paul, a founder member of the Itrans team, has been with the business for 12 years and was previously Chief Technology Officer.

Peter Smyth, Screen Technology Chairman, commented, "I would like to thank Tom for his contribution, particularly during the refinancing which took place earlier this year, and I am pleased to announce Chris as his successor. I am also very pleased to announce the changes that we have made at Screen Technology Limited which I believe will allow the business to build on the progress made to date."
