Issue of Ordinary shares
Screen Technology Group plc ("Screen Technology" or the "Company") announces that it is issuing 15,151,515 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each (the "Shares") representing 6.9 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company to GB Innomech Limited ("GB Innomech") in connection with a Settlement Agreement dated 25 March 2009 under which Screen Technology will acquire the high speed tile assembly machine manufactured by GB Innomech.
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 3April 2009.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this issue, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 218,823,562 ordinary shares.
