The Company has been notified that, on Friday 5 August 2011, Mr David Bundred, Director, acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 11p per share, equivalent to 0.47 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company. Mr Bundred now beneficially holds 150,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.47 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
