LISTING AGREEMENT: OUTCOME OF THE BOARD MEETING

FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31.03.2013

& DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

In terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, we forward herewith a copy of the Audited Working Results of the Bank for the financial year ended 31st March 2013, taken on record by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on date.

2.Further, in terms of Clause 20 & 20A of the Listing Agreement, we advise that the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on date, has declared a Dividend of Rs.41.50 per share (415%) for the accounting year ended 31st March 2013. The date of Payment of the Dividend is fixed as 17th June 2013 and the dividend warrants will be payable, in India, at par at all branches of State Bank of India, irrespective of the amount.
