LISTING REGULATIONS 2015: OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING

FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31.03.2017

& DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

In terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) and Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015, we forward herewith a copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Working Results of the Bank for the financial year ended 31st March 2017, taken on record by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held on date.

2. Further, pursuant to Regulation 43 and Regulation 30(6), we advise that the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on date, has declared a Dividend of Rs.2.60 per share (260 %) for the financial year ended 31st March 2017. The date of payment of the Dividend is fixed on16thJune 2017and the dividend warrants will be dispatched before the date of payment, which will be payable, in India, at par at all branches of State Bank of India, irrespective of the amount.

3. Pursuant to the Regulations, as amended from time to time, we hereby confirm that the Auditor's Report on Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2017 approved at the Central Board Meeting held on date is with unmodified opinion.
