ARTICLE 8 NOTIFICATION

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

This notification refers to:

(1) the Base Prospectus dated 8 August 2017 (the Base Prospectus) for notes to be issued by the Issuer;

(2) the supplementary prospectuses to the Base Prospectus dated 26 September 2017, 9 November 2017 and 12 February 2018 (the Supplements); and

(3) the Final Terms dated 22 January 2018 (the Final Terms) in respect of the Issue of up to GBP10,000,000 Preference Share-linked Autocallable Notes due 2024 - Series 1127 (the Note Issue),

the Base Prospectus as completed by the Final Terms and the Supplements to it, together constituting a base prospectus for the purposes of Directive 2003/71/EC and Directive 2010/73/EU (the Prospectus Directive).

Pursuant to our obligations under Article 8 of the Prospectus Directive, we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:

Final Aggregate Nominal Amount: £2,200,000

Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of Part A to the Final Terms shall be read accordingly.
