SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, was notified on 26 March 2020 that William George Watt, Chairman of SpaceandPeople bought 102,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.18 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 March 2020.
Following this transaction, William George Watt is beneficially interested in 347,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.8 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
