Replacement Total Voting Rights

This is a replacement of RNS announcement 7055U issued earlier today. The only change is to correct a typographical error in relation to the date.

All other details in the announcement remain the same. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below:

Voting Rights and Capital

The following notification is made in conformity with the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 31st July 2015 the issued share capital of Safestore Holdings plc with voting rights is 207,683,636 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. The Company does not hold any Treasury shares.

The above figure of 207,683,636 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Safestore Holding plc under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
