Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company') announces that Deferred Bonus Awards have been granted under the Company's Annual Bonus Plan.
Deferred Bonus Awards in respect of 34,186 shares were granted to 2 participants on 26 January 2018.
The awards were granted as a nil cost option, where a participant will normally be entitled to call for the shares subject to their award and receive free shares from 1 November 2019. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. No price is payable on the exercise of the award.
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs').
