Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Further to the announcement made on 14 March 2013, Safestore is pleased to confirm that Andy Jones has been appointed to the Board today as Chief Financial Officer. Richard Hodsden has stepped down from the Board but will remain with the Company until 31st May 2013 in order to ensure a smooth transition.
The Company confirms that there are no disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1)-(6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority regarding the appointment of Andy Jones.
