Reduction of capital
Following the Company's announcements on 31 January 2014 and 20 February 2014, Safeland is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice in England and Wales made an order confirming the cancellation of the balances on the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve on 12 March 2014. Such court order, together with an associated statement of capital, was delivered to and registered by the Registrar of Companies today and, as a result, the balances on the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve have today been cancelled.
