The Company was notified on 8 March 2021 that Gareth Davis, Chairman of the Company, purchased 51,360 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at an average price of 149.36 pence per share on 5 March 2021 and purchased a further 42,890 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 153 pence per share and an additional 8,470 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 147 pence per share each on 8 March 2021.
