Director/PDMR Shareholding
Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Awards
The Company announces that on 30 May 2024 the following performance share awards (the "Awards") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the following Executive Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Awards will vest on 17 May 2027 subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment as set out in the Company's 2023 Directors' Remuneration Report.
The Awards are additionally subject to a two-year holding period following the vesting date. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards.
