AGM Statement

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 April in respect of its profit forecasts of headline profit before tax in the region of £31 million and £41 million for the years ending 31 December 2022 ("FY22") and 31 December 2023 respectively and subsequent confirmations of those profit forecasts in the announcement on 20 May 2022, the scheme document published on 17 June 2022 and the defence circular published on 28 June 2022, the Board is pleased to announce continued strong trading momentum and delivery against its accelerated strategy. Headline profit before tax is in line with management's expectations of £31m in FY22.

This strong trading momentum and these forecasts evidence the future potential of the business and support the Board's confidence in delivering on its standalone strategy and its ability to create material value for its shareholders.
