Further to the announcements made on 20 and 23 July 2015, Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), provides the following information on Mark Fitzpatrick Keegan pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 Paragraph G of the AIM Rules.

Mark Keegan resigned from the board of Sterling Trust Limited, a substantial shareholder of Rurelec, on 6 October 2015.
There are no further disclosures to be made under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 Paragraph G of the AIM Rules in relation to Mark Keegan or Simon Morris.
