Director's Dealing

Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, has been notified that , Peter Earl, CEO, today transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of two pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 7.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Peter Earl's holding remains unchanged at 6,900,000 Ordinary Shares which represent approximately 1.23% of Rurelec's issued share capital.

The total number of Rurelec securities in issue is 561,387,586 for the purpose of voting rights.
