ATA Group PLC30 January 2006 Clive Chapman The board of ATA regrets to announce that on 25th January Clive Chapman, ChiefExecutive died tragically whilst abroad. Andrew Bailey, Group Commercial Director, will be assuming the role of actingGroup Managing Director on a temporary basis to ensure full continuity ofmanagement at every level. For the time being, Bill Douie, Group Chairman, willresume full executive status and will join with Andrew to cover theresponsibilities of the Chief Executive role.
