RTC Group Plc (or the "Company" or "the Group")

Non-Executive Director

RTC Group Plc announces today that, Tim Jackson, currently Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that he wishes to leave the Company to pursue other projects in the charitable sector. Tim has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company for the last year supporting a number of strategic changes including the first acquisition in many years. The Company has initiated the search for a replacement.
