Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, announces that the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") scheduled to take place on 17 August 2015 did not resolve upon the items on the agenda due to lack of quorum.
