Appointment of Director General at IDGC of South
29 July 2014. Moscow, Russia. - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces the appointment of Boris Ebzeev as Director General of IDGC of South, a subsidiary of the Company. The appointment becomes effective today and follows the meeting of the Board of Directors of IDGC of South held on 28 July 2014.
Prior to this appointment Boris Ebzeev served as Acting Director General of IDGC of South.
Boris Ebzeev joined IDGC of South in 2014 as First Deputy Director General. Previously he was Adviser to Director General at Joint Stock Company United Energy Company, Moscow, Russia.
