Appointment of Acting Director General at JSC IDGC of the South
18 June 2014. Moscow, Russia. - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that the Board of Directors of JSC IDGC of the South, a subsidiary of the Company, has appointed Boris Ebzeev Acting Director General of JSC IDGC of the South.
Boris Ebzeev joined JSC IDGC of the South in 2014 as First Deputy Director General of JSC IDGC of the South. Previously he was Adviser to Director General at Joint Stock Company United Energy Company, Moscow, Russia.
