Resolutions of the Board of Directors regarding the Management Board
07 August 2015. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, announces that the Board of Directors on 5 August 2015 terminated the authority of Dan Belenkiy, member of the Management Board and First Deputy Director General for Investment.
According to the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors, the Company's Management Board now comprises:
- Oleg Budargin, Director General, Chairman of the Management Board;
- Roman Berdnikov, First Deputy Director General for Technical Policy;
- Andrey Dyomin, First Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs and Finance;
- Nikolay Varlamov, Deputy Director General - Chief of Staff;
- Valentin Mezhevich, Member of the Management Board, Chief Advisor to Director General.
