Director/PDMR Shareholding
Exercise of LTIPS
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that a total of 273,503 options ("LTIP options") to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan have been exercised on 13 January 2017. On the same date, John Samuel, a director, sold 112,518 of these shares today at an average price of £4.34 per share. Mr Samuel continues to hold 265,548 shares representing 0.42% of the issued share capital.
The Company has issued new shares to satisfy these LTIP options. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 273,503 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 19 January 2017. The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 62,591,451 ordinary shares of 10p each with one voting right per share. The above figure of 62,591,451may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
Following this exercise, there are a further 668,649 options outstanding under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan all of which are subject to performance criteria. 35,849 of these options have met the relevant performance criteria and have vested but have not yet been exercised.
