The Company was notified on 27 July 2009 of the following transactions by directors:
On the 27 July 2009, Margaret May, the wife of Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 29.75 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Brian May is now interested in 305,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On the same day two trusts in which John Samuel, Finance Director, has a beneficial interest purchased a combined total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.75 pence per share. The number of shares purchased by each trust is as follows:
